Those days are over – New applications like ChatGPT demonstrate how AI can enable totally natural interactions with your phone, even in dialect. Our new voice assistant allows natural interactions with your phone, even in dialect and in many other languages including Spanish, French, German, Portuguese and many more.
We've now integrated this cutting-edge tech into Benetics, starting with report writing. It’s something you need to experience to believe. Speak naturally into your phone – even if it's disorganized, with "um's" and "ah's" and corrections. When you’re done, our voice assistant will create a structured report in seconds, organized into your chosen form. It groups related info together seamlessly.

It's That Simple to Use:
1. Press the Mic Button: This appears in the report once you’re enabled for the feature.
2. Speak Naturally: Describe what needs to be captured in natural language – either all at once or in parts. For example: "Today, I replastered the second-floor wall. This was a supervisory job, super last minute. The client assigned it this morning. I used 2 kilograms of plaster. It took over 3 hours. Oh wait, it was actually 4 hours, including travel." You see, you can correct yourself, our voice assistant gets it and keeps up. And it understands technical terms.
3. Review Content: In seconds, the content appears structured in the right fields of the report. Make adjustments easily with the keyboard or more voice input.
4. Add Photos: Optionally, add a photo of the work.
5. Save: Hit "Save" and the report is stored in the system. Edit it later on your computer if needed.
